Bulgarian Content Creator @sisetos_n About Her Experience As Influencer

Tell us more about yourself?

I am 24 years old, from Pleven, I work as a mathematics teacher, I also run my own business. In my free time I like to travel, take pictures and have fun with friends.

What inspired you to become an influencer and how did your journey develop?
I started as a joke, when I was little I dreamed of entering competitions for beauty, I participated and won third place, I gained confidence. I started  taking pictures all the time, I gained followers on social networks, and then
agencies and companies started contacting me and offering me work. It’s interesting for me to think of ideas for photos with the products, and text them. I would like to keep developing and building myself.

How do you keep your authenticity and stay true to yourself while navigating the influencer industry?  I always try to be myself, both on social media and out! I don’t like to copy other girls, or to copy me.

How do you balance your personal life and online presence as an influencer? -I try to keep everything balanced! When I have to shoot a product commercial, I put everything aside and think about it until it’s the perfect photo to say "this is the photo". Then I retract everything and start having fun. I always try to pay attention to my followers, they are part of my life.

How do you choose the brands you collaborate with? -The brands I collaborate with are those that have impressed me with their products and I would like to test and share the opinion of friends and followers.

Can you share a story or moment behind the scenes that your followers might not know? -It happened last year in Egypt, during filming a commercial for a product. A rather feisty bird decided my place wasn’t there and chased me off, at which point I kept going posing, but my sister started shouting  I got scared, ran and I stepped on a piece of coral, got stuck with a thorn, but still found another place, and continued with the shooting.

What would you wish for all Revtag followers? -I hope they are well, everything else is achieved or bought.

What trends or changes do you foresee in the influencer industry in the coming years?
-I think social networks will fill up with influencers, and there will be even more choices for brands.

How do you keep your creativity and continue to offer fresh ideas for content?
-I visit new and beautiful places, and have fun. While I’m relaxing and I get an interesting idea, I write it down in my notes on my phone and use it at some point.

How do you deal with criticism or negative feedback as an influencer and what advice would you give to others facing similar challenges?
-I don’t pay attention to them! It’s people who are full of  hate whose aim is to get our attention and make us fall for their level, with actions, threats or insults. My advice is to create content, take pictures of themselves in nice places, have fun, and not at all care about these people, they always have and always will.
